In this kit you will receive, 2 x White Putty 2x Blue Putty, A lower mould tray, an Upper mould tray, a empty form sheet, please fill the form accurately, make the payment, and send this back to us with the address provided, only after payment and receiving your finished mould we will begin your requested Grillz/ Caps. 

-The Extra putty provided is an emergency back up in case the first impression goes wrong, if first impression is all well, send us back the extra set of putty.
